OPTIV LITE series universal image measuring system

OPTIV LITE, as the entry model in the OPTIV series, has high reliability and good dynamic performance, and can be equipped with a laser sensor or a white light confocal sensor on the basis of the optical sensor. It is a cost-effective professional-level 2.5D image measurement instrument. The dynamic machine concept provides a high positioning accuracy and is designed for rapid measurement point acquisition and high-performance visual capture.

· The main machine base, column and working platform are made of high-precision granite materials to ensure the long-term stability of the machine;

· All three axes adopt RENISHAW grating system with a resolution of 0.4μm;

· Equipped with 3 million pixel high-resolution color CCD to ensure clearer imaging effect;

· Equipped with NAVITAR automatic 6.5X zoom lens;

· Equipped with six rings and eight zones of ring light, which can program different light effects to ensure accurate measurement results, and can also be upgraded to fully automatic program controlled lifting ring light to adapt to different product lighting requirements;

· Standard navigation system, convenient for users to write and run programs;

· Optional point laser sensor, line laser sensor and confocal white light sensor;

· Configure METUS professional optical measurement software.
